Co-chair of the french software engineering conference: CIEL'19

I am ad-hoc reviewer for different journals in Software Engineering:

Regular member of the main international conferences in the software maintenance area: ICSM, WCRE, CSMR. When in Brazil, I was also member of the program committee of Brazilian conferences: SBES, SBQS, WMSWM

Events organization

Co-animation of the Rimel (Rétro-Ingénierie, Maintenance et Evolution des Logiciels) work group. We organize two working sessions every year: One co-lacated with Journées du GDR-GPL, another targeted at the young (french) researchers in Software Evolution.

Participation in the organization of international events: EvoLille 2015, Benevol 2010, WCRE'09

Co-founder of the Brazilian Workshop on Software Maintenance (WMSWM) in 2004. The workshop still happens on a yearly basis. It was renamed VEM (Visualization, Evolution and Maintenance) in 2013

Other responsabilities

Vice-president of the Commission de Développement Technologique at Inria Lille Nord Europe (from 2019).

Member of the Comité de Sélection (selection comitee for hiring of new professeurs)) at University of Lille Nord Europe (2010, 2014, 2017).
