Key words of my PhD subject: bioinformatics, high performance computing, many-core architecture, GPU, OpenCL, algorithm, data structure.I graduated from Faculty of Information Technology, Hanoi University of Technology (HUT) in 2004. Since then, I have been a researcher at High Performance Computing Center, HUT. From 2005 to 2008, I was a postgraduate student at Francophonie Institute of Informatics and got a Msc Degree there. As part of the master program, I did a training session at Laboratory of the Corpuscular Physics of Clermont-Ferrand, France from March 2008 to September 2008. Since 09/2009, I have been a PhD Student in bioinformatics at the National Institute for Resarch in Computer and Control Sciences (INRIA), France.
I have a keen interest in astronomy and space flight
